Le Chalet Saint-Michel
Savoyard specialties and traditional French cuisine in the heart of the Latin Quarter
A culinary journey to the heart of the Alps
Since 1993, Le Chalet Saint-Michel has welcomed you in a warm and friendly atmosphere, typical of mountain chalets. Located in the heart of the Latin Quarter, a few steps from the Saint-Michel fountain and Notre-Dame, our restaurant offers you an authentic gourmet getaway.
Our chef passionately prepares the Savoyard specialties that made our reputation: three-cheese fondue, traditional raclette, tartiflette with Reblochon and many other mountain delights. We rigorously select our PDO cheeses and our artisanal charcuterie from trusted producers.
Beyond Savoyard specialties, our menu also offers generous traditional French cuisine: beef bourguignon, duck breast, Burgundy escargots, and our famous gratinéed onion soup, a true house institution.
